Our Story.  Our History. 
          Our Vision.

I've always had a passion for construction and design. My journey in the industry began when I started working with my dad, a commercial glazing contractor, at the age of 16. Those early years laid the foundation for my career, sparking my interest in construction.

​

I pursued my studies at St. Pete College (SPC), where I gained a solid understanding of architectural design principles and construction technology. Eager to expand my skills, I furthered my education at PTEC, specializing in welding.  In 2012, I competed in the National Leadership & Skills Conference, representing Florida on the national stage. Competing against the best welding students in the country, I finished 13th in the United States.

From 2013 to 2021, I worked with the Plumbers and Pipefitters Union, where I had the opportunity to contribute to some of the most critical projects in nuclear infrastructure. My role took me to various parts of the US, Europe and Asia, working on nuclear power plants both as a craftsman and as a supervisor. This experience provided me with a deep understanding of the complexities and demands of critical infrastructure projects.

In 2021, I obtained my general contractor's license, marking a new chapter in my professional journey. Today, I bring my extensive experience, technical expertise, and dedication to every project I undertake. I am committed to delivering high-quality work and building lasting relationships with my clients.

 

When I'm not on a job site, you can find me enjoying time with my family, exploring new technologies, and staying updated on the latest trends in construction and design. Thank you for taking the time to learn a bit about me. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you!

Jim is a seasoned construction professional with a proven record of delivering high-quality, profitable results across commercial, government, aviation, and large-scale infrastructure projects. With more than two decades of hands-on experience, Jim oversees full life-cycle construction management—from pre-construction planning and procurement to field coordination, QC/QA, and final turnover.

​

Throughout his career, Jim has been trusted to step into high-risk environments and stabilize projects that were in default for multiple General Contractors under Government Contract. He has successfully led multi-disciplinary teams on high-visibility projects, including managing a nine-member QC/QA engineering team on a $450-million ground-up build. His project background includes stadium renovations, high-end condominium construction, airport terminal expansion, and specialized interior finish packages at Hard Rock/Dolphins Stadium and Fort Lauderdale International Airport’s Southwest Airlines Terminal.

Jim is known for his integrity, precision, and commitment to craftsmanship. He has earned ten formal commendations for outstanding performance, leadership, and work ethic. His expertise spans project management, procurement, quality assurance, risk mitigation, contract oversight, team leadership, and client relations.
